Is It Possible To Bypass The Order Creation To Send Tracking Notifications?

The WeSupply Labs platform is designed to streamline and optimize your business operations. One of its key features is the automated shipping notifications system. This system is designed to keep both you and your customers informed about the status of shipments. However, to effectively use this feature, there are certain prerequisites that need to be met.. Understanding the Prerequisites:. The automated shipping notifications system operates based on imported orders with valid tracking numbers. This means that for the notifications to be sent out, you must have an order imported into the system that also has a valid tracking number associated with it. These notifications are then triggered by the live carrier updates.. It's important to note that the system does not support sending email notifications based solely on the tracking number. There must be an order associated with the tracking number for the notifications to be sent out. This is to ensure that each notification sent out is relevant and directly tied to an actual order.. By ensuring that each order has a valid tracking number and is properly imported into the system, you can keep your customers informed and satisfied with their shipping experience.. .
