How To Manage Shopify Multi-Inventory For Exchanges On WeSupply Labs Platform?

Shopify Multi-Inventory is a feature designed to empower merchants by providing a robust solution for managing and tracking inventory across multiple locations seamlessly. This functionality is particularly valuable for businesses with multiple physical stores, warehouses, or fulfillment centers. By leveraging Shopify Multi-Inventory, merchants can gain a comprehensive overview of their stock levels, streamline order fulfillment processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of their operations.. With this feature, merchants can allocate specific quantities of products to different locations, ensuring accurate and real-time inventory updates. This capability enables businesses to fulfill customer orders more efficiently by leveraging the inventory available in the closest or most suitable location.. WeSupply`s approach to this feature enables you to manage your inventory at the logic level, providing flexibility and automation in the exchange process. For instance, you can set up the system such that certain items can be exchanged from one store's inventory, while others are shipped from a different inventory location. This article will guide you through the steps to customize this feature on WeSupply.. Step 1. To begin, navigate to the 'Settings' option on your WeSupply dashboard. From there, proceed to 'Return Methods' and then to 'Return Logics & Policies'. Here, you can either edit your existing logics or create new ones based on your business needs.. Step 2. In the 'Exchange' section, you will find an option labeled 'Location-specific Threshold'. Click on the 'Collect Locations' button next to this option. This action will prompt the system to pull the location information and inventory data from your Shopify store.. Step 3. Next, you will see a dropdown menu labeled 'Inventory Location'.
