How to generate return labels when the customer's shipping address is incorrect?

You can troubleshoot and resolve the issue by following the steps below.. . Step 1. Log into your Magento Admin Panel.. . Step 2. Go to Sales -> Orders:. . Step 3. Search for the order number that you would like to correct the address for and click View:. . Step 4. Once you head into the order, under Address Information -> Shipping information -> click Edit.. . In this example, there is an incorrect address: . . 2465 Hempstead Turnpike. Eat Meadow, New York, 11554. United States. . whereby Eat Meadow should have been written East Meadow.. . Step 5.
